Does the HMS include a Laboratory Information System (LIS)?
Yes. The LIS module covers Laboratory, Radiology, Report Management, and Lab Booking. Test requests are created digitally, samples tracked through processing, results auto-generated, and reports sent to patients digitally — eliminating manual lab report handling.
Can patients book appointments online?
Yes. The Appointment Management module supports online booking, doctor slot management, an appointment dashboard for reception, and a patient waiting screen display. Patients can also receive SMS/email confirmations and reminders automatically.
Does it include pharmacy management?
Yes. The HMS includes both General POS and Pharmacy POS modules. Prescriptions from doctors link directly to pharmacy dispensing. Stock levels are auto-deducted, expiry dates tracked, reorder alerts triggered automatically, and all pharmacy billing is integrated with the main accounts.
