Wallet and withdrawal module

A reseller wallet that pays profit after delivery, with clear history

Profit is credited when a parcel is delivered, return charges are deducted by rule, and resellers request withdrawal to bKash, Nagad or bank. Every taka in and out is recorded for both sides.

Quick answer

EOMS BD (E-Office Management System, Dhaka) builds the reseller wallet and withdrawal module for reseller and dropshipping platforms in Bangladesh. Profit is credited to each reseller's wallet after successful delivery, return charges are deducted automatically, and payouts go to bKash, Nagad or bank, either automatically or after admin approval, as you choose. Both the platform owner and every reseller see the same transaction history.

The problem

Why payouts become the hardest part of a reseller business

Resellers stay when they are paid correctly and on time. When payouts are handled through calls and screenshots, trust erodes quickly, even if the owner is honest.

"Bhai, amar taka kobe?" every day

Without a wallet, resellers message the owner to ask what they are owed, and the owner has to check orders manually each time.

No shared record

The owner's sheet and the reseller's notebook show different balances, and there is no single history both can point to.

Paid before the parcel was delivered

Paying profit when an order is placed means paying for orders that later return. Recovering that money is awkward and often impossible.

Send money done by hand

Dozens of bKash and Nagad transfers are sent one by one with no reference attached, so mistakes and duplicate payments go unnoticed.

Live demo

Watch the reseller wallet update

Follow a sample wallet: delivered orders add profit, a returned order deducts the return charge, a hold period clears, and the reseller requests a withdrawal to bKash, Nagad or bank. The payment history fills in at each step. Amounts are sample figures.

What we build

Everything your website will do

Personal reseller wallet

Each reseller sees pending profit, available balance, amount on hold and total withdrawn, updated as order statuses change.

Credit after delivery

Profit moves from pending to the wallet only when the courier marks the parcel delivered and COD is confirmed, not when the order is placed.

Configurable hold period

Admin can hold new profit for a set number of days after delivery to cover late returns or exchanges, then release it automatically.

Automatic return deductions

When a parcel returns, the return or delivery charge is deducted according to your written policy, with the reason shown in history.

Withdraw to bKash, Nagad or bank

Resellers save payout accounts and request withdrawal. Admin sets minimum amount, allowed methods and schedule, such as weekly payout days.

Automatic or approved payouts

Send withdrawals to bKash, Nagad or bank automatically, or route them through an admin approval queue with limits you set.

Full payment history

Every credit, deduction, adjustment and withdrawal is logged with date, order number and transaction ID, visible to admin and reseller.

Payout reports

Export pending, paid and rejected withdrawals to Excel for accounts, and see total reseller balance owed at any moment.

How it works

From first call to launch in 5 steps

1

Payout policy

We agree when profit is credited, the hold period, return deductions, minimum withdrawal and payout schedule with you.

2

Ledger design

We design a transaction ledger so balances are always calculated from recorded entries, never typed in by hand.

3

Build

We build the wallet, withdrawal requests, automatic bKash/Nagad/bank payouts, the approval queue and notifications on Laravel and Next.js, linked to courier delivery status.

4

Reconciliation testing

We test delivered, returned and partial orders and confirm every wallet balance matches the order and courier records.

5

Launch and support

We go live, train your accounts team on approvals and reports, and provide 6 months free support and 1 year free bug fixing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The reseller opens their wallet, chooses a saved bKash, Nagad or bank account and requests an amount up to their available balance. Admin sees the request, pays it and enters the transaction ID. The reseller is notified and the payment appears in their history.

Yes. EOMS BD can set up automatic payouts to bKash, Nagad and bank, so approved withdrawals are sent without someone transferring each one by hand. You choose the rules: fully automatic, automatic up to a limit, or admin approval for every request. Automatic disbursement uses your own merchant or payout account with the provider, so their approval and transaction fees apply.

Yes. You choose which methods to allow: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Each reseller can save their accounts once, and admin can set a different minimum withdrawal per method if needed.

Because cash on delivery orders can be refused or returned. Crediting profit only after the courier confirms delivery means you never pay profit on an order that did not complete. An optional hold period adds protection against late returns.

It can be. Team or referral commission appears as a separate entry type in the wallet. It must be calculated only from real product sales, never from joining fees or recruitment. Pyramid and MLM schemes are restricted in Bangladesh, so we advise consulting a lawyer before launching any team commission.

A full reseller platform with wallet and withdrawal typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the modules you choose. The wallet depends on order and courier status, so it is built and tested together with the order flow.

Yes, 100%. The domain, hosting, source code and database, including all wallet and payout records, belong to you. You are not locked into EOMS BD.
