Yes: EOMS BD builds e-commerce websites with variant-level inventory management, low-stock alerts, order statuses, staff accounts with role-based permissions and an activity log, custom quote forms, payment and courier integration, and sales and profit reports. It works the same for a hundred products or several hundred. Cost depends on features, so you receive a written, line-by-line quote after your requirements are understood.
- Separate stock for every size and colour, updated automatically by orders
- Individual staff logins with role permissions and a full activity log
- Quote forms and calculators for made-to-order products, with advance payments
- Three milestone instalments, each stage shown on a demo link
- Domain, hosting, source code and database owned by you
What the store includes
An EOMS BD store is a complete operating system for a small online business, not just a storefront: product catalogue, inventory management, orders, payments, courier booking, staff accounts with permissions, custom quote forms and reports, all run from one admin panel.
Many growing shops reach a point where a social media page, a spreadsheet and a notebook stop working. Once you pass a hundred or so products, or bring in two or three staff, it becomes hard to know what is in stock, who confirmed which order and where each parcel is. The table below maps each part of the system to the problem it solves.
| Module | What it covers | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Product catalogue | Categories, search, images, variants (size, colour), pricing | Customers find and order products without messaging you |
| Inventory | Stock per product and per variant, low-stock alerts, stock-in records | No more selling items you do not have |
| Orders | Order list, statuses, invoices, internal notes | Every order's position is visible at a glance |
| Staff accounts | Individual logins, role-based permissions, activity log | Clear accountability for every change |
| Custom quotes | Quote request forms and quote calculators, advance payments | Made-to-order products can be sold online too |
| Payments and delivery | Cash on delivery, mobile wallets, card payments, courier integration | Collect money and book parcels from the same screen |
| Reports | Sales, orders, customers, profit and loss | Decisions based on data rather than guesswork |
Under the hood, the backend is Laravel with a REST API, the frontend is Next.js/React, the database is MySQL and Redis handles caching. It is custom-built rather than WordPress or WooCommerce, so there are no theme or plugin licence fees to renew. How inventory management works
Every product, and every variant of a product, carries its own stock count. Stock goes down automatically when an order is confirmed, comes back when an order is cancelled or returned, and triggers an alert when it falls below a level you set. The same logic works whether you have one hundred products or several hundred.
- Variant-level stock: if a shirt is sold out in medium but available in large, the storefront shows exactly that.
- Automatic updates: confirmed orders reduce stock; cancellations and returns restore it according to your rules.
- Low-stock alerts: set a threshold per product and the admin panel flags it before you run out.
- Stock-in records: when new goods arrive, staff add them in the admin, creating a history of what came in and when.
- Out-of-stock behaviour: choose whether sold-out items stay visible as "out of stock" or stop accepting orders.
- Bulk upload: if you need to load many products at once, mention it during scoping and it is planned into the build.
If you also sell from a physical shop, online and in-store sales must draw from the same stock, or the same item gets sold twice. That is solved by connecting the store to accounting or point-of-sale software, explained on the e-commerce and accounting integration page.
Orders and order statuses
Each order moves through clear statuses, such as new, confirmed, packing, shipped, delivered, cancelled and returned, so you can see immediately where anything is stuck.
- New order: the customer checks out and the order appears in the admin panel; WhatsApp order notifications can alert you instantly.
- Confirmation: a staff member calls or messages the customer to confirm, then updates the status.
- Packing and booking: confirmed orders can be booked with the courier straight from the admin, and invoices printed.
- Delivery: the courier consignment ID is stored on the order, and the status changes when the parcel is delivered.
- Returns and cancellations: recorded with a reason, so you can later spot problem products or delivery areas.
Customers with accounts can see their own order history and status, which cuts down on "where is my parcel?" calls.
Staff accounts, roles and the activity log
Each staff member gets their own login and can only see and change what their role allows. As the owner you see everything, and the activity log records who did what and when.
| Example role | Can do | Cannot do |
|---|---|---|
| Owner / admin | Everything: settings, reports, adding or removing staff | No restrictions |
| Order manager | View and confirm orders, book couriers | See cost prices or profit reports |
| Inventory manager | Add products and images, update stock | Change payment settings |
| Customer support | View order status, add notes | Delete orders or change prices |
Roles are designed around how your team actually works; the table is only an illustration. When someone leaves, you simply deactivate their account; there are no shared passwords to change.
When you request a quote, include a short list of your staff and what each person does. Roles and permissions can then be set up correctly from day one rather than adjusted after launch.
Custom quote forms and advance payments
For products whose price depends on size, specification or quantity, the store can include a custom quote form or a quote calculator. The customer submits details, you respond with a quote, and an advance payment can be collected online to confirm the order.
Take a packaging business as an example. The customer selects:
- Box dimensions (length, width, height)
- Ply or material type
- Printing, and the number of print colours
- Quantity
Depending on your preference, the calculator can show an indicative price based on your own pricing rules, or the form can simply arrive in the admin panel as a request for you to review and quote manually. Once the customer accepts, they pay the agreed advance online. The same approach suits printing, made-to-order garments, furniture and personalised gifts.
Payments and delivery
For Bangladesh, the store supports cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad and Rocket (each requires your own merchant approval), optional SSLCommerz for cards, and courier integration with Steadfast, Pathao and RedX.
- Online payments go directly to your own merchant account, not to EOMS BD.
- You can launch with cash on delivery while merchant approvals are pending.
- Payment providers and couriers charge their own transaction and delivery fees, paid to them directly.
- Courier bookings are created from the order, so addresses are never retyped.
- Mixed payment is possible for custom orders: an advance online and the balance on delivery, with paid and outstanding amounts shown separately.
If you sell outside Bangladesh, tell us which payment gateway and delivery partners you use, and their integration is scoped in the written quote.
Reports: sales, orders, customers and profit
The admin panel includes sales, order, customer and profit-and-loss reports, so you are not reconciling spreadsheets at the end of each month.
- Sales: totals by day, week or month, and best-selling products.
- Orders: how many were confirmed, delivered, cancelled or returned.
- Customers: repeat buyers and customers who have not ordered for a while.
- Profit and loss: with cost prices entered, an estimate of profit from sales.
If you need full bookkeeping, such as ledgers, vouchers and supplier balances, the store can be connected to custom accounting software built on the same stack.
Cost, timeline and ownership in writing
Cost depends on the features you need, the number of custom forms and reports, how many payment and courier integrations are involved and any special business rules. After understanding your requirements, EOMS BD sends a written, line-by-line quote that lists first-year costs and every-year-after costs separately, with no hidden charges.
- Payment: three milestone instalments: an advance, after the homepage design is approved, and after the admin panel is complete. Each stage is shown on a demo link before the next instalment. See milestone payments.
- Timeline: a full store is typically ready in about 25 to 30 days once the advance and content (product data, images, logo) are received, depending on scope and how quickly approvals come back.
- Domain and hosting: registered in your name and bought on your account; renewals are paid directly to the provider, not to EOMS BD.
- Support: 6 months of free support after launch, 1 year of free bug fixing, free SSL for life and daily backups. New features are priced by scope and agreed before work starts.

Frequently asked questions
Can the store handle more than 100 products?
Yes. Stock is tracked per product and per variant, so a catalogue of a hundred or several hundred products works the same way. If you need to load many products at once, mention it during scoping and bulk upload is planned into the build.
How many staff accounts can I create?
Staff accounts are added and deactivated from the admin panel, and each one is assigned a role that controls what that person can see and change. The activity log records who did what. Tell us how your team is organised and the roles are designed around it.
Can customers request custom quotes, for example for packaging?
Yes. A quote form or calculator can collect details such as dimensions, ply, printing and quantity. You can show an indicative price based on your rules or review each request and reply manually, then collect an advance payment online once the customer accepts.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on the features, custom forms, reports and integrations you need. After understanding your requirements, EOMS BD sends a written, line-by-line quote that separates first-year costs from every-year-after costs, with no hidden charges.
How long does it take to build?
A full store is typically ready in about 25 to 30 days once the advance and your content are received. Larger scopes, or delays in content and approvals, can extend that.
Will I own the admin panel and source code?
Yes. At launch you receive the full admin panel, source code, database and all credentials. The domain is registered in your name and hosting sits on your own account, and this is written into the quote and contract.
What support do I get after launch?
You get 6 months of free support and 1 year of free bug fixing, meaning problems in existing features are fixed at no cost. New features are priced by scope and agreed with you before any work begins.
